Playing time: 5-6 min
Optionally with fire. Also possible with roller skates.
Preparation and technical run-through:
4 hours

  • A free periphery of ø 2m safety zone around the ice rink or rigging point.
  • A free stage space of min. ø 5m.
  • An even and clean stage floor.
  • A professional light and sound technician is offered by the organiser. The stage lighting must be bright enough so that the artist can see the ground and surroundings with which to orient herself in space.·
  • A professional audio sound system with at least two speakers
  •  Time for a sound check together with the sound technician at least 3h before the start of the show.
  • For the performance with pyros, the specialist pyrotechnics team, needs to be hired by the organiser
    Complete techryder upon request.
  • If travel by car: 1 reserved parking space for 1 or more vans with close access to the venue / dressing room and possibility to easily unload and load. The organizer is responsible for the safety.
  • If travel by plane: If the artist comes by plane, the organizer must arrange transfers to and from the hotel and location..
  • Dressingroom
    •  1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).
    •  Space for 1 persons to be able to warm up
    • Equipment: solid tables, 1 chair per artist  (to be able to put on the stilts), 1 mirror.
    • For the stilts: High enough to put on stilts. If this is not possible, a table and chairs should be put outside out of sight of the public so that the artists can put on the stilts.
  • Catering The catering (drinks & meals) for the artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer
  • Accommodation (if necessary)
    •  If it is too late or the distance is too far the organisation takes care of rooms for the number of artists
    • Hotel / B&B with parking, within 10min drive of the venue unless otherwise agreed.
