Number of sets: 3 x 30', 2 x 45' or 90 min.
In the case of a parade/walk act involving long distance walks, the team will need a motorized vehicle to get back to the locker room.
Set up: 2h- breakdown: 1 hour
- 1 reserved parking space for 1 truck + 1 or more vans with close access to the venue / dressing room and possibility to easily unload and load. The organizer is responsible for the safety.

- Large enough for all the artist, secured and heated
- The stiltwalkers need to sit on a 1,50m hight platform (chairs on a table are fine), this installation has to be in a place with easy access (no stairway
- Please provide tables, chairs, mirrors, access to electricity, a closet (to hang the costumes) and catering: water, coffee, tea, snacks (fruits, cakes,…) .
- refreshments, coffee, tea, and healthy snacks and fruit + cookies.

- Catering The catering (drinks & warm meals) for the artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer
- Accommodation (if necessary)
- If it is too late or the distance is too far the organisation takes care of rooms for the number of artists (min 3* hotels)
- Hotel / B&B with parking, within 10min drive of the venue unless otherwise agreed.
- Royalties are included in the price or can be paid separately by the organisor.
