Requirements:

• Playing area: min 10 X 10 meters / Flat paved surface
• Safety distance from the playing area: 2 meters
• The audience must be placed frontally or in a semi-circle with respect to the playing field
• 3 fences covered with black plastic/cloth, behind the playing area
• Backstage party tent + 2 wooden pallets to protect the material in rainy weather
• Electrical connection 16 amph

• 1 reserved parking space for about 3 vehicles with close access to the venue / dressing room and possibility to easily unload and load.
  . The organizer is responsible for the safety.
• Dressingroom
  •  1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).
  •  Space for 5 persons.
    Equipment: 1 or more tables, 1 chair per person (or more according to the number of people), mirrors.
  • refreshments and healthy snacks and fruit.
• Catering The catering (drinks, sandwiches &  warm meals) for 5 artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer (specifications will be given at the time of confirming)
• Accommodation (if necessary)
  • When performing for more than 1 day or if the distance is too far an overnight stay is necessary
