These loud vehicles are completely out of control. They don’t follow any set route and nothing seems able to stop them.
Traffic rules? what is this?
Obstacles? They couldn’t care less.
Changing lanes? They have no idea where they’re heading.
But they are on the road, so it’s best to keep your distance.

  • Number of performers: 3
  • Performance duration: 2 × 45 minutes with a break of at least 1.5 hours
  • Setup time: 2.5 hours before the start of the performance
  • Dismantling: 1 hour
  • No slippery surface.
  • Request to the organizer:
    At least 1 volunteer is required to assist with fitting the costumes, and one person to accompany the performers during the act for safety reasons.
  • Parking: a free parking close to the dressing room.
  • Dressing room (close to start and finish point):
    • 1 clean, well-lit private dressing room on the ground floor with access to hot running water and a toilet.
      Must be lockable, with the key given to the performer/crew member (otherwise the organizer is responsible for security).
    • The room must be high enough to put on stilts.
      If this is not possible, a table and chairs must be provided outdoors, out of sight of the audience, to put on the stilts.
    • Space for at least 3 people (or more depending on the chosen act).
    • Equipment:1 table, 3 chairs (or more depending on the number of people), 1 mirror
    • Refreshments:Drinks and healthy snacks and fruit.
  • Catering (drinks & meals) for the performers and crew is the responsibility of the organizer.
    A warm, healthy meal (dinner) must always be provided for full-day performances.
  • Accommodation (if required):
    • For performances lasting more than 1 day, or if the distance is too great, overnight accommodation is required for the number of performers.
    • Hotel / B&B with parking, within a 10-minute drive from the venue unless otherwise agreed.
  • SABAM declaration | equitable remuneration: Handled by the organizer / the performer.
  • The organizer is responsible for safety.
  • The organizer must comply with police regulations.
  • Payment:We require 50% of the total amount no later than 2 weeks before the first performance.
