All installations include ambient lighting with additional lamps and a supporting soundscape.

- Water alley: lasers, gobo lighting, and smoke
- Laser canopy: lasers and smoke
- Laser pathway: lasers
- Lightning and rain effect: high-intensity lighting and smoke

  • Access route for one or more vehicles, plus parking facilities near the performance location. The organizer is responsible for safety.
  • Dressing room: one clean, well-lit private ground-floor room with access to water and toilet facilities. The room must be lockable, and the key must be provided to the artist/crew member. If not, the organizer assumes responsibility for security.
    • Space for 1 to 2 persons or more.
    • Equipment: 1 table, 1 chair per person (or more depending on the number of people), refreshments, healthy snacks, and fruit.
  • Catering (drinks and meals) for artists and crew members is at the organizer's expense. For daytime performances, the artists request breakfast/lunch and beverages. For evening performances, dinner is requested.
  • Accommodation (if required): for performances lasting more than one day, or when travel distances are too great, overnight accommodation is required for the artists.
    • Hotel or B&B with parking, located within a 10-minute drive from the venue unless otherwise agreed.
  • The organizer must comply with all local police regulations and requirements.
