Number of artists: 1 performing artist + 1 assistant.
Performance schedule: 3 × (5 minutes + 40 minutes)
(the ACT followed by a guided “try-it-yourself” session for both young and not-so-young),
within a 4-hour time block.
Please provide sufficient space for the performance time, preferably on grass.
Required play area: 15 m × 10 m.
The artists provide: a bubble machine, sound system, set/props for the act, and 50 hoops for use.
Required from the organizer: Electricity: 1 power connection, 16 ampere.

• Parking: reserved space for 1 or more vehicles with direct access to the venue/green room and easy loading/unloading (additional vehicles optional by arrangement).
• Safety: the organizer is responsible for safety.
• Dressing room: 1 clean, well-lit private dressing room on the ground floor with access to hot running water and a toilet. 
  -Must be lockable, with the key given to the artist or crew member. (If not, the organizer is responsible for security.)
  -Space for 2 people.
  -Equipment: 2 tables, 2 chairs (more or fewer depending on the number of people), 1 mirror (if small mirrors: 1 per person)
  -Refreshments: beverages, healthy snacks, and fruit
• Catering: drinks and meals for the artists and crew are the responsibility of the organizer.
• Accommodation (if necessary): for performances longer than 1 day or if the travel distance is significant, overnight accommodation is required for the number of artists.
• Hotel/B&B with parking within 10 minutes’ drive of the venue unless otherwise agreed.
