Timing: Fixed activity: 2 x 2 hours
Walkabout option: Airbrush tattoos only: 3 x 60 minutes within a time span of 4 hours
Age: Suitable for participants aged 9 to 99 years (can be offered exclusively for adults, exclusively for children, or for both during the event, according to the client's wishes)
Options: Make-up/tattoos only, hairstyles only, or both
Optional: Decorated Halloween booth (tent, furniture, decorations, and a fake skeleton)

• Equipment to be provided by the organiser:
  • If the artists' decorated tent is not used: a tent with 3 closable sides (in case of rain)
  • Heating if necessary
  • 1 table and 2 or 3 chairs
  • Access to running water for rinsing/washing
     
• Parking:1 reserved parking space for one vehicle, with easy access to the venue/dressing room and convenient loading and unloading facilities (additional vehicles by arrangement). The organiser is responsible for security.
• Dressing room: 1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to hot running water and a toilet.Lockable, with the key provided to the artist/crew member (otherwise the organiser is responsible for security).
  • Space for one or more persons
  • Equipment: 1 table, 1 chair per artist (or more depending on the number of persons), and 1 mirror
  • Refreshments: beverages, healthy snacks, and fruit
• Catering::Drinks and meals for artists and crew members are at the organiser's expense.
• Accommodation (if required):For engagements lasting more than one day or during weekends when an overnight stay is necessary.
