Required conditions
A flat and hardened surface is required to be able to po siti on the sculpture
The assigned place must be accessible by car and have should have an inclination under 2 degrees to be able to position Garuda.
The w indspeeds play an important role to be able to perform, they have the following impact
>25km/h the flamethrower cannot be
>40km/h the wings of Garuda cannot be fully
>60km/h Garuda cannot be operated at
As the artist has no influence over the weather, the inability to perform caused by the weather cannot lead to reimbursement of the booking cost.

Provided equipment /service by the event
A power supply sufficient for the artwork, lighting, and the smoke machine
•6 RGB floodlights
•A ballast weight of minimum 500 kg, this can be in the shape of a concrete block or water tank
•Entrance tickets for the artist and two crew member.

Transport 
Garuda is built and mounted on a trailer. The trailer is pulled by a normal car. The car with trailer needs to be able to get close enough to the desired location to position Garuda.
Garuda can be placed on a hard surface which is accessible by car . A surface of 5.3m by 4.0m is needed for the trailer. 

Safety measures
Garuda is a giant well-designed piece of mechanics, but it is 1250kg of steel and wood moving through the air using pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, the head is equipped with flamethrowers, so the necessary precautions need to be taken.
The safest setup is to place low barriers around Garuda as indicated in the floorplan below.(upon request)
In general, the public seems to keep a respectful and safe distance and the movements are slow and controlled. But if members of the public may be under the influence of alcohol etc. their selfpreservation instincts may be impaired as well.


The side view (on the right) shows Garuda in the maximum height configuration and maximum flame height. Please ensure there are no overhanging structures or trees above the area.

• 1 reserved parking space for 1 vehicle or more depending on the version  with close access to the venue  and possibility to easily unload and load
  .The organizer is responsible for the safety
• Dressingroom
  •  1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).
  • 1 table + chair and miror per artist
  • enough water and  non alcoholic beverages and healthy snacks.
•  Catering: (drinks & meals) for the artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer
• Accommodation (if necessary)
  Hotel overnight stay for a multi-day booking, when driving back is no longer an option.
  Hotel / B&B with parking, within 10 minutes drive from the location unless otherwise agreed.
