  • Number of performers: 3
  • Duration: 15 minutes
  • Fire, sparks, visuals featuring your logo or themed graphics
  • Required space: Ideal performance area: 10 m x 10 m x 10 m (width x depth x height), possible from 8 m width x 6 m depth
  • Flat and stable surface (stage floor, grass, asphalt, etc.)
  • Perfectly suitable for grass or an elevated stage for better visibility
  • The artists provide their own sound system (up to 100 spectators)
  • Safety:
    • Fire extinguisher and fire blankets provided by the artists
  • No pyrotechnics are used
     
  • 1 reserved parking space for 1 vehicle with close access to the venue / dressing room and possibility to easily unload and load.
    . The organizer is responsible for the safety.
  • Dressingroom: 1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).
    • Space for 3 persons.
    • Equipment: 1 or more tables, 1 chair per person (or more according to the number of people), mirrors.
      refreshments and healthy snacks and fruit.
  • Catering The catering (drinks, sandwiches &  warm meals) for the artist(s) and crew members is at the expense of the organizer (specifications will be given at the time of confirming)
  • Accommodation (if necessary):When performing for more than 1 day or if the distance is too far an overnight stay is necessary
