  • The organiser provides: access for one or more vehicles and a parking space near the performance area. The organiser is responsible for safety.
  • Dressing room: One clean, well-lit private room on the ground floor with access to water and toilet facilities. The room must be lockable, and the key must be provided to the artist/crew member (otherwise, the organiser is responsible for security).
    • Suitable for 1 to 2 people or more.
    • Equipment: 1 table, 1 chair (or more depending on the number of people), refreshments, healthy snacks, and fruit.
  • Catering: Drinks and meals for the artists and crew members are at the organiser’s expense. For daytime performances, the artists require breakfast/lunch and beverages; for evening performances, dinner is required.
  • Accommodation (if necessary): For engagements lasting more than one day, or when the travel distance is too great, overnight accommodation must be provided for the artists.
    • Hotel/B&B with parking, within 10 minutes' drive of the venue unless otherwise agreed.
    • The organiser must ensure compliance with local police regulations and permits.
