*During setup, approximately 15 minutes of assistance from one person on site is required.

• Technical & Hospitality Requirements
• A reserved parking space for one or more vans with direct access to the venue/dressing room and easy loading and unloading facilities (additional vehicles by prior arrangement). The organiser is responsible for security.
• Dressing room: One clean, well-lit private dressing room on the ground floor with access to running hot water and toilet facilities. The room must be lockable, and the key provided to the artist/crew member. If not, the organiser is responsible for security.
  • Minimum passage width required: 110 cm
  • Space for 1 person.
  • Equipment: 1 table, 1 chair, 1 mirror, refreshments, healthy snacks, and fruit.
• Catering (drinks and meals) for the artist is to be provided by the organiser.
• Accommodation (if required): For engagements lasting more than one day, or when travel distances are considerable, overnight accommodation is required for the number of performers involved.
  • Hotel/B&B with parking facilities, located within a 10-minute drive from the venue unless otherwise agreed.
