• Location requirements:
  • Clean and even floor
  • Vinyl dance floor if possible
  • No concrete floor
  • 5 m free height
• 1 reserved parking space for several vans with close access to the venue / dressing room and possibility to easily unload and load (other cars optionaly upon agreement). The organizer is responsible for the safety.
• Dressingroom 1 clean, dry, and warm+air-conditioned well-lit private dressing room for the make-up with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).
  • available at least 5 hours before the first performance 
    available until 2 hours after the final performance / In case of rain, the dressing room should remain available for at least 3 hours after the last performance. 
  • Space to accommodate between 5 and 19 people for changing (depending on the number of bikes planned).
  • One full-length mirror.
  • 1 or 2 tables, Chairs (3 per person) and enough table space for each crew member.
  • Clothing racks with hangers (3 hangers per person).
  •  An electrical outlet (220V) for battery charging.
  • If necessary, the dressing room can be set up in tent(s), though we prefer it to be arranged within a building
  • Cold and warm beverages, and healthy snacks and fruit
• A clean, safe and sheltered place for the Butterlies
• Catering (drinks & meals) for the artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer
• Accommodation (if necessary)When performing for more than 1 day or if the distance is too far an overnight stay is necessary
