When the bicycle stops, an impressive dancing act with breathtaking costumes and attributes starts. "Bike Parade" is a fairy tale, a dream that evaporates once the parade moves on.

Duration: 3x30 min. or 1x1h30
Crew + Artists: from 5 to 18 people (2 characters per bike - the bikers can be volunteers)
From 2 to 8 bikes
Transport: B-truck (20m³) of C-truck (35m³)

  • GENERAL FEATURES FOR SOUND: The sound system can be done by the organizer or by artists (we have a sound system attached on the bikes)
  • GENERAL FEATURES FOR LIGHT: If the Parade is in the evening we use the lights that are attached on the bike’s. (the spotlights are provided from the artists)
  • CONDITIONS OF THE SPACE: The Parade can be done during day or night and the most important is that the route is flat.
  • MATERIAL PROVIDE BY THE FESTIVAL: We need Helium gas to fill in the balloons on the veils . We use 30 balloons for each bike for the day.
  • DRESSING ROOM: Material and build‐up by the organizer.

    • A clean dry,  warm/airco dressing room with enough light for make-up.

    • A space for 5 up to 18 people to change (number of people depends on the number of bike’s that are planned)

    • 1 big standing mirror (man-size)

    • Chairs (2 per person) & tables
    • racks with clothes hangers (3 per person)
    • cold & warm beverages
    • 1 point of electricity (220v ) for loading the batteries

    • If necessary the dressing room can be installed in tent(s)
  • The organizer is responsible for the safety
  • If the acts are performed abroad, if it is too late to go home or if they have to play several days the organization needs to provide hotel accommodations for the team, meals and beverages.
  • For day performances the artists would welcome a breakfast/lunch with beverages and for evening shows a dinner.
