Number of artists: 1 or 2
Performance times: 3 × 30 minutes or 2 × 45 minutes within a time span of 4 hours,
or a maximum of 1.5 hours for a parade.

A height of 3 meters is required for indoor locations, door passages, and areas free of hanging decorations, etc.
Stilt height: The act is performed on stilts of 65 cm. 

• 1 reserved parking space for 1 van with direct access to the venue / dressing room and the possibility to load and unload easily (additional cars optional upon agreement). The organizer is responsible for safety.
• 1 clean, well‑lit private dressing room on the ground floor with access to warm running water and a toilet. It must be lockable, with the key handed to the artist/crew member. (If not possible, the organizer is responsible for safety.)
  • On the day of the performance, the performance area and dressing rooms must be available at least 2 hours before showtime for the artists to prepare costumes and apply makeup.
  • A clean, safe (or lockable) dressing room on the ground floor with mirrors, sufficient lighting for makeup, and a table with at least as many chairs as there are artists.
  • The dressing room must have heating or air conditioning when necessary. Shower, snacks, and drinks should be provided. It must be close to sanitary facilities and the performance area.
  • The artists require a safe backstage area to put on their stilts. Minimum height for stilt acts with 65 cm stilts is 1.70 m (similar to a chair on a table).
  • The organizer is responsible for safety.
• Catering: Drinks and meals for the artists and crew are at the organizer’s expense.
  • A warm, healthy meal (dinner) must always be provided for full‑day performances.
• Accommodation (if required):  
• For performances lasting more than one day or during weekends, overnight accommodation is necessary for the number of artists.
