Minimum width of the entrance 1.5m and 2m50 high.
The course must not have stairs

• 1 free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the playing surface
• Set-up and changing room: A covered place where the act can be set up. 
  At a maximum distance of 200m from the playing location.
  Changing room with warm running water at a maximum of 200m from the performance area.
• A hot meal and beverages for 2 people
• The organizer has to ensure the application of Sabam (author's rights or any performance rights organisation (PRO) of your country)and the authorization of the police department..
• The organizer is responsible for safety.
• If several days are played, overnight stays and meals are arranged for the artists by the organizers.
