Required space: Ideal playing surface: • 10m x 10m x 10m (width x depth x height) - can also be 8m wide x 6m deep
• A flat, stable surface (stage floor, grass, asphalt, etc.) - Can be performed on grass or on a raised stage for better visibility.
• Artist brings their own sound system (up to 100 people)
Safety
• Artist provides fire extinguisher/fire blankets
• No pyrotechnics are used

• 1 reserved parking space for 1 vehicle with close access to the venue / dressing room and possibility to easily unload and load.
  . The organizer is responsible for the safety.
• Dressingroom
  •  1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).
  •  Space for 1 person.
    Equipment: 1 or more tables, 1 chair per person (or more according to the number of people), mirrors.
  • refreshments and healthy snacks and fruit.
• Catering The catering (drinks, sandwiches &  warm meals) for 5 artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer (specifications will be given at the time of confirming)
• Accommodation (if necessary)
  • When performing for more than 1 day or if the distance is too far an overnight stay is necessary
